The images shows the simultanious acquisition of three mice using the Bioscan multi-mouse bed, which allows to image up to six mice in one run.
This study demonstrates a multi-phase MDP study, showing 3 different phases of the biodistribution of the radiotracer at the same time. All mice were injected 40 MBq of Tc-99m labeled MDP, 90, 60 and 30 minutes respectively before the scan.
Using standard rat apertures, the acqusition took 18 minutes.
Scan of a rat lung using Tc-99m MAA (macro aggregate albumin), 30 minutes after injection of 1 mCi of the tracer. The total scan length was 15 minutes.
Dynamic tumor study in mouse. 1.9 mCi of Indium-111-Dotatate injected. Measured 29 scans of 2 minutes each using the high sensitivity mouse aperture (APT1, 9-pinholes, 1.4 mm diameter) on a scan range of 35 mm. 16 projections per cycle, 2 cycles per study. Total scan time was 1 hour.
Please note, the animal moved slightly at end of measurement.
