Mouse brain study. 300 uCi of I125-Iomazenil injected 30 minutes prior to imaging. 25 gram wild-type mouse. 6 minute CT image and a 30 minute SPECT image with standard 1.4mm multi-pinhole apertures (9 pinholes per head). I125-Iomazenil is a benzodiazepine receptor marker. Imaged by Dr. Fujii.
The MultiMouse animal bed is a special insert for the NanoSPECT rat bed and allows to quickly scan up to 6 mice simultaneously in CT and SPECT modality.
This study shows a dynamic kidney clearance study of a 420g rat using Tc-99m labeled MAG3. The measurement started directly after injecting 0.5 mCi of activity and consits of 45 consecutive scans of 1 minute each, thus showing the tracer development within 45 minutes after injection. The scan range in this study is 35 mm.
Mouse with tumor injected with 10MBq of In-111 attached to tracer under development. The mouse was imaged 4 hours post-injection. A gamma- counter was used to estimate the uptake in the tumor (post-mortem) and it was estimated to contain approximately 0.3MBq of In-111.
SPECT/CT study of a 390g rat, injected with 0.9 mCi of In-111 labeled Octreoscan. The study was performed 3 hours post injection and took 16 minutes for a scan range of 100 mm
